Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LoyalFlow platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LoyalFlow provides a digital loyalty-card platform that lets businesses run stamp/points programs, issue cards to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, scan customer cards, and view analytics.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it to send unlawful or deceptive messages.
5. Customer data and your responsibilities
If you are a business, you are the controller of the customer data you collect through the Service and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for honoring your customers' privacy rights, and for complying with applicable data-protection and marketing laws. LoyalFlow processes that data on your instructions as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LoyalFlow and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoyalFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoyalFlow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Set your governing jurisdiction here.]
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
